    If you take care of yourself, eat the right foods and work out by developing muscles and cardio vascular activity, you won’t have time to be depressed. I am pretty sure if you ask most folks who work out 5 or more days per week, they have no Prozac in their medicine cabinet. 🙂

      Mike,
      Good to hear from you! I am not as holy as you with 5 times per week, I am trying to remain consistent with 4x per week on the elliptical… However, it does provide good sleep (tired from workouts), and well rested provides better work day. Hope to hear from you again soon! 😉
